The Inca Trail Project was the perfect choice for me because it was a well-organized project with clear objectives of doing environmental assessments on the trail while working with local Peruvians. The fabulous guides and the dynamic group who I spent my three weeks with enriched my experience on the Inca Trail. We enjoyed the interaction between staff and volunteers and meeting with families in the village. We also enjoyed staying with host families who were so very good to us.
